HONESTY STILL EXISTS IN AMERICA
My son and I were traveling from Michigan to Texas when we experienced transmission trouble. First we went to that other Trans place down the street from "SUMMIT TRANSMISSIONS". The other place saw that I was an "OUT OF TOWN WOMAN W/SMALL CHILD" and wanted to charge us for a WHOLE NEW TRANSMISSION, to the tune of $1800.00. Luckily they were out of stock for my vehicles transmission parts. I then went to "SUMMIT TRANSMISSIONS" where they just replaced the computer part IN the transmission that had quit, AND fixed my wheel AND my lights, EVEN THOUGH that is not what their shop normally fixes. ALL for the LOW price of $503.00. They too, saw that we were from "OUT OF TOWN" but they did not gouge the price or try to take advantage. I APPLAUD THEIR HONESTY AND HELPFULNESS. They had us back on the road within hours. I have had no more problems with my trasmission since they fixed it. For the BEST SERVICE and PRICE, STAY AWAY from the SHOP DOWN THE STREET and GO TO SUMMIT TRANSMISSIONS!!
