When it comes to planning your travel, we take our role very seriously. As your travel specialists we have dedicated our professional lives to counsel you in your travel choices. Beyond creating thoughtfully crafted itineraries, we explain your travel insurance options, translate supplier cancellation policies, and serve as your advocate before, during and after your journey.
While travel offers personal enrichment, it also builds a bridge of understanding between cultures. And we stand committed to your continued discovery of a world ever beautiful and large. We believe that our clients? travel experiences bring them closer to the world.
We work with individual vacationers, honeymooners, families, church groups and small businesses. Our clients say that we save them time by eliminating the hours of research needed to put together all the trip details, and we save them money by leveraging the partnerships with preferred suppliers. We have negotiated favorable rates for accommodations, ground and air transportation, travel packages, cruises and more, which we pass along to our clients.
Outside of the business, our owner, Melisa Keiser, loves to travel and does so regularly. This enables her keep up with great destinations, and all the details necessary to plan seamless trips for families, individuals and groups. She is also active in the Outside Sales Support Network (a travel industry association) and the Cruise Line Industry Association (CLIA) and attends several travel conferences each year, participates in familiarization (FAM) trips annually, and keeps up on the travel industry at large by regularly reading professional journals and travel periodicals.
